Reptile Gardens Full Tour - Rapid City, South Dakota - Part Two
Reptile Gardens is an animal park located in south of Rapid City, South Dakota, on the road to Mount Rushmore National Memorial. The park is open from the first Saturday of March through November 30 each year. Reptile Gardens was cited in the 2014 Guinness Book of World Records for being the world's largest reptile zoo. It was re-certified in the 2018 edition.
Sky Dome
The Sky Dome is an indoor jungle that opened in 1965 as a new addition to Reptile Gardens. In 1976 the Sky Dome was rebuilt after a fire that destroyed everything except the Ponderosa Pine skeleton, which stands as the centerpiece of the Safari Room on the main level. The new Sky Dome was opened in 1977.

I really enjoyed my experience here, the animals were fantastic. The grounds staff do a wonderful job of keeping the place full of colorful plants and flowers.

This was a really fun place to explore. If you're a fan of reptiles then this is a must stop if you're in the area.
I know you are going to the East Coast this Summer are you going to visit the Staten Island Zoo this year because I know you were going to go last year but ended up not going

@@TomsRoadTrippin Also I know the reason is because if you can take your car on the ferry how come you don't want to leave it parked in the parking garage and then after the Zoo you ferry back

Is the Sierra Nevada Zoological Park in your plans if so I recommend you don't go because I haven't gotten very good reports on it being a very good zoo because the animals are kept in cages also the place is gross and uncared for and the animals look stressed out there too

Also if you have time I recommend you visit a Zoo in Las Vegas which are Camel Safari Flamingo Wildlife Habitat and Lion Habitat Ranch
