After qualifying for the Top 24 Battles, I took to the track for my first battle of the night.
Successfully setting down my best lead and chase and beating the E30 in the Top 24 battle, I progressed to face Haza in his LS S14.
Facing off one of the best drivers of the competition, setting down a good lead and chase, I unfortunately did not make the cut. No doubt Haza is an amazing driver and both our cars and skills are top-notch, I feel like I need to get more comfortable and more seat time piloting a boosted 2JZ.
There's a difference of drifting an LS and a boosted JZ, and having more seat time in an LS I am not able to fully commit.
Insha'Allah I plan on part-taking in more grass-roots championships in UAE to gain more seat time in my competition car.
