The fuel pump of a Chery QQ car needed to be replaced due to its breakdown. New electric fuel pump from Magneti Marelli MAM00015. The submersible gasoline pump is installed in the fuel module, which is located in the gasoline tank of the car. First of all, it is necessary to check the serviceability of the electrical power supply system of the fuel pump. If there is no voltage at the pump terminals, check the serviceability of the fuse and the fuel pump relay. To dismantle the gasoline pump, it is necessary to disconnect the fuel hoses and electrical power terminals from it. Then unscrew the coupling securing the fuel module in the gas tank and remove it out. Disassemble the fuel module and remove the gasoline pump from it. Check the operation of the fuel pump by applying voltage to the electrical contacts. Wash the filter and fuel module housing with gasoline or water and detergent. Install the fuel pump into the module by connecting the fuel hose. Mount the fuel module into the gasoline tank, connecting the gasoline hoses and electrical power. If you don't have a fuel hose coupling puller, you can use large pliers.

Возможно трубка металлическая загнулась на днище от удара.

@@delo_mastera_boitsa грешим на регулятор давления в насосе который стоит на обратке, потому как отстегнул трубку от форсунок то там не было давления, а машина только заглушена была

Да, обратный клапан в топливном насосе даже не продувается при небольшом давлении воздуха. Проверьте его сопротивление давлению воздуха воздушным компрессором с манометром.
