Loved the video, but as a fellow Xerox Tech, I had to laugh when you called the "Waste Toner Container" a "Sump"... ;) We give away how long we've been in the industry when we use terms like that... LOL I started back in the Liquid Copier days, and that's when the waste was a "sump".. ;) I'll assume you were definitely within that same time frame! Great Video sir! Thanks!

How old is the drum cartridge? It might need to be replaced. Is it genuine Xerox with an original chip?

+Hichem Daheur It sounds like you need to replace R3. It is the drum or photoreceptor module. You can buy it from us or locally.
