Yes you can say less then 2 % of DNA is in a working while rest of the DNA Is useless rit now but in Future it could be possible that Rest of DNA might helps in Evolution

chromosomes are not defined every time they are seen only during cell division rest of time it's remain to be found as a chromatin so how can we take vntr from particular chromosome....
