The errors are random, intermittent print head errors. Sometimes there is no error but no magenta. And the worst of all, the printer stuck on preparing the ink system and would not shut off. It's definitely the stuff of nightmares when you consider the price of the ink. It’s a long journey, but in the end, it’s a printer that puts ink on paper and not in the waste tank.     Thanks for this. I don’t have this model but the Ta-30 and it looks like my power supply has gone bad. Literally no information anywhere from Canon.

    Yes, getting information on these things seems way too difficult. These companies may think the items they sell are their most valuable asset, but what they don't seem to understand is that their customers are the most valuable thing they have. The guy who owns this printer I did the video on has always used Canon printers. But after this one, he was seriously looking at some Epsons. And thanks for the comment.
