Luks like your example of mosfet replace blows up reali quick.

someone can have an answer with this charger. will use again after a while of having it saved and I find the surprise that does not want to charge more than any battery, the problem is not to read the resistances. Have not found bats, there is no Asian bat meter, read the voltage and the cells but not the resistance, this problem or any question?

IRF3205 has VDSS = 55V RDS(on) = 8.0mΩ ID = 110A whereas STS12NH3LL has 30 V - 0.008 Ω - 12 A wont this damage other parts if output side is connected with high voltage ?

No problem with resistor , just replace the mosfet with N-channel mosfet like irf3205 or irfz44 if don't have DMN3030LSS . Just connect C to C , G to G and D to D . Download datasheet DMN3030LSS & irf3205 to verify the pinout

@@Youtechnoid Thanks for the answer, the resistor has warmed up and I would like to replace it but I can't read the colors to find the value. from qaunti Watt I have to take it ?. Also the component that you connected the "G" of RFN3205 has also warmed up. What is the daughter? What is it. Where can I send you a photo of the burnt circuit? mosfet type N-Mosfet seri irf3205 bisa dengan seri lain dg type sama dan kemampuan arus sama atau lebih besar . pas kebakar waktu itu kyknya masih bisa dipakai tapi ga bisa deteksi kesalahan pemasangan kutub baterai

Coba frame lcd nya agak di tekan2 apakah tulisan muncul ? Kalo tulisan muncul saat ditekan kemungkinan itu terkena overheat bisa ganti lcd nya dg yg baru

Iya gan... Yang ane tanya bukan mosfet nya. Tapi yang nyambung ke kaki G mosfet itu jalurnya nyambung sama komponen apa (tiga kaki). Edited: udah tau. Komponennya 1AM SMD, NPN transistor.

Ane udah ganti mosfetnya... Work sebentar terus panas bodinya jadi "Connection Break" gak tau mana yang short. BTW kalo punya ane pas mosfetnya jebol kemaren gak bs ngecas deh, kok agan bisa ngecas ya. Clone ini gak ada polarity protection nya ya? Pasti jebol mosfetnya? Jadi pengen tambahin rangkaian polarity protection

Useless trick. My electric was short after follow this. Waste my time. Just buy a new one solved problem
