The problem here is where are the consequences? Knowing something is wrong, saying something is wrong and proving something is wrong is one thing, but where are the consequences? This is what you Americans have failed to rationalize about your governing process. This is also why Trump can repeatedly break international and domestic laws and face ABSOLUTELY NO CONSEQUENCES. Why hasn't Kemp been made to forfeit his stolen and unethical 'win' of the gubernatorial race in Georgia? Why? America is lawless and racist. All I see and listen to at these hearings are how the appointed government official fails to follow the law or court-mandated directives. Yet, there are NO CONSEQUENCES for them NOT OBEYING THE LAW.

@@deanjones2525 Do you honestly think that this is anything new, or unique to America. Voting roles are purged all the time. If you don't vote in three consecutive elections, they assume you either died or moved. On another point, realize that I have to show two forms of ID to vote for my local school board, but nothing for president.

@@markr1550 In many instances, I don't waste my time to respond to people like you. However, I'll make an exception, in your case. It's interesting that among all the points I made about vote rigging, you've latched on to the purging of voter roles. What? Haven't you been watching news reports of voters who have lived in the same place all their lives or for many years being purged from the rolls? Also, individuals who did all that was required of them many months before still being denied the right to vote, or they were given provisional ballots. If you doubt what I'm saying, go on KZread and you can find heated exchanges between voters and their election officials.

@@deanjones2525 You see, the problem is that you start with "people like you". Given that you know nothing about me, your statement reeks of bias. I've seen lots of news reports, and the issue is not new. In fact, not to many years ago, I had to re-register to vote because my polling location changed. If I had missed that piece of mail, I would have been off the roles. Even though you started off being rude, I'll give you some information since you're not American. But understand in a country this size, errors will happen. States are allowed to maintain there own ID requirements. For example a traditionally red state like Georgia has the same requirements as the traditionally blue Wisconsin. The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 created new ways to register to vote, including anyone getting public assistance, but also required states to keep more accurate lists with specific requirements on how to purge records. The Help America Vote Act of 2002 provided federal funding to states to upgrade voting systems and administration. Overall, it is relatively easy to register to vote and maintain your registration, but you do have to follow a few simple rules. If you are unwilling to follow them, sorry, that's on you.

Poor people voted in this batch. It was the hubris of the establishment politicians which provided a window for their ascension to public office. They, establishment, didn't believe that with all the money they had to campaign and with the support of career politicians backing them, they would ever lose to the likes of Representative Ocasio-Cortez. This is why the Democratic party threatened to cancel the contracts of anyone who helps progressive candidates to primary establishment democrats. What this should tell anyone who pays attention to politics is that America isn't a democracy. The steps that people like Nancy Pelosi have taken to marginalize the impact of these freshman representatives is indicative of that.

In my wee country we use our revenu number for regestering to vote in Council/Local /General Elections and Euro Elections, once regestered we are there for life on less we move to a different county then you suppley the County Regester with your details ,then they remove your name from the previious list and place you on the new list . when we vote we go to the local National School its open from 7am to 10 pm on the day of polling Simple we use PR system Irish Citizen and proud european

We have needed ppl like AOC in ofc a long time ago! No bullshit just facts!!! She is bringing to light the fact that republicans will do anything to keep in power no matter how corrupt and they’ve been doing it for years!!

I love this woman, this is where our gov't is going, to people who care about us, the majority of Americans who are getting screwed by assholes that think there life's are more important than ours. She's got my vote, and my respect.

If you don't like "exact match" you don't like high integrity voting processes. If your mail-in vote arrives late it does not court. If you arrive at a voting location in person 15 minutes late --- you don't get to vote. We are still fighting over high versus low integrity voting processes. I'll let you decide which one Democrats support.

It would be interesting to remove the right to vote for white men unless they can unequivocally provide evidence of Native American, Black, Latino or Asian ancestry. Then like God to Abraham on the mountain - we could just say JK, only wanted to see how badly you wanted to vote.

Just because she is there to represent her constituents, doesn't mean she can't stand up for other people. Those are NOT mutually exclusive. Also, this is not just a Georgia problem. She was using it as an example of something we are seeing happen all across the heart of the country. I would be honored to have a Congresswoman like her standing up for the disenfranchised and the less fortunate, even if they aren't from my state.
