Nice video, but the rent for a shared room is usually higher now. Right now most rooms on the market are between 650-900€ in Cork City. Even the ones not in the city center... From the few cheaper ones, most of them are student only, only Mo to Fr or only short term rent for 3 months... There are roughly as many rooms for 500€-600€ as rooms for more than 1000€ on the market... But still good video and important info.

Hey, i checked daft and it had some in the range of 450-600 but on the outskirts .. city centre yes you wont get less than 650

When you first meet someone, you don´t shit about them, right? So, when I say, «I´d like to get to know you», even that might raise an eyebrow or curl down a mouth. Truth is, if what I´m about to say rings inside you, we´d make great friends. I have few to no friends because I don´t compromise the value of the integrity of words. People say, «I´m going to...» and then they don´t, well fuck you, you´re a liar and I don´t trust liars. I´m 50, retiring to Cork and Málaga in about six years and I live in Orlando, Florida, the world´s #1 by far tourist center on Earth. We have a house. I´m an oil painter and I´m obsessed with learning Spanish. IF I sound like someone you´d like to get to know, I am currently open to try this «friends» thing again. My personal belief is Western society is falling and, the first sign was friendships suffered. I´m the most generous soul but, I have no time for tinkers who only take. @@EugeakaEugene My apologies. I randomly saw this video again and went to check if I had commented and saw your comment. I have no idea why I wasn´t notified as I always answer. When we're talking about expensive or not expensive, we're talking about Before Traitor Joe Biden and his Maduro dictatorship or before then. So, for example, in the real world, when men were men and didn't want to be women, we bought a 1,200 square meter house for $250K. It´s four years later and its valued at $500K. That´s insane but, it's also fake. From 2016 to 2020, gasoline was 50 cents a liter. Now, it´s $1.50 thanks to stupid policies, inept Presidential decisions which affect the whole world like a nuclear war with Russia would. Orlando is not nearly as expensive as Miami. Miami is double. The good news for us is, we are homeowners who locked in before Biden. We have money just rotting in the stock market because of him, too. Hopeful in 2024, all that changes and we can make the retirement plans. To me, there should be reasons, like the nice sunny weather everyday that things are expensive.
