Sam- Years ago I followed you because I wanted to do Car or Van Life. I experimented with it in my car. It wasn't for me. My finances weren't in order to buy a home at that time. I found a unique and clean studio apt on the west side one small block from A1A. I have a sliver view of the ocean! $700 a month + utilities. It has increased $25 each year. Decent neighbors. I'm on my 6th year! It worked out for me. I saved a lot, but home prices are too high for just me and I can't see myself leaving because the rent price and area are so great. It's my home base and I do mini road trips to get my Van Life fix. Anyway, all the best and great job on You Being You and sharing your life and good messages.
