Rent A House Near Manali For Monthly Basis: Work From Mountains
Want to rent a house near Manali on a monthly or yearly basis?
I have a place for you in Naggar, approximately 25km from Manali, in a much quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
Think of it as a house perched on a hilltop (please see the video for all details on accessibility. I have explained it in a great deal because I believe it can be a challenge for most people who are not very experienced of living in the mountains).
For a small group of people, think of yourself as a group of 4 friends (who share a desk in Gurgaon, or a family with young parents who like to stay active and do daily workout, anything). The kind of experiences this place can offer are not frequent to find.
Since COVID-19 took the world by storm, many people left cities in order to work from mountains, especially in Himachal Pradesh.
And since most corporates changed their work culture allowing employees to function digitally, it even makes sense to do so.
Though I’ve been working location independently since 2016 (as a digital nomad) in the back of my heart I always wanted to rent a property somewhere in the Himalayas and make it my temporary workstation. But because regular freelance travel-projects kept coming, I could never do so. I COULD NEVER SLOW DOWN & WORK FROM MOUNTAINS!!
Monthly Rent For This House Near House
You can now rent this place for INR 16k for a month. It’s a 2bhk fully-furnished house (near Manali) that comes with a basic kitchen setup to cook your food, hot water in the bathroom, and 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It can easily accommodate 3 people. There are a few ground mattrices too that can sleep 4 or 5 more people. But we recommend having a maximum of 4 people because that's what this place can comfortably handle.
Tips For Finding Work From Mountains Locations
It has been a few months that I’ve been living my dream and from my experience, here are a few things to keep in mind…
Good phone connectivity (this place has it)
Online delivery service (this place doens't have it)
Keep a private vehicle (we recommend keeping one here)
Learn cooking (if you cook, you're going to love this place).

@@The_time_travellerz it's a 100-plus-year-old house bro. 2 generations have lived there, kids were born here, toddlers survived. But yes, most Indians who have lived most of their lives in cities won't be able to survive here. I was the first Indian (last 10 years only Russians and Israelis have lived here) who ever stayed at this place. Now, I want Indians to experience what I have experienced. BUT AGAIN, ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE A BIT OF EXPERIENCE LIVING IN THE WILD. To answer your question, in terms of theft, the place is totally safe. In terms of wild animals, we have leopards, snakes, scorpions, and many others around. I have survived 3 months here though. I am certain my guests will too :)

View wise, breathtaking, looks amazing. No doubt about it, especially for people who do not want human interaction. Nature vibes is the ask of today. The only suggestion while you do basic wall paint upgradation, a few low rise wooden frame beds; is have a western toilet. From my observation, I have seen no matter how good a property is, the bathroom is the place which no one pays any attention, and most of the times, it is a turn off..

I second this. Its the biggest turn off in the house. I have a knee issue which doesn't allow me to do 'that' sitting pose and once I saw the indian toilet, I was like... no thats not the place.

@@footloosedev1990 around 7 pm is the best time to publish, as I watch many travel vloger and daily vlogers they are now publishing at around 7 pm coz unlock is now started everyone started going to there work and till evening notification of your video which is published in morning will be lost bcoz its approx 8 to 10 hrs old.

Try to add some local ppls in ur video for few shots, like u had fun with kids , loved that video , or a small chit chat with some body who also represent that area, personally I like ur personality happy smiling face but in ur videos when there is only 1 face from beginning till end it looks lonely video with no one around ,thoughts will be like if I rent that property I will not see anyone around... so on and on...
