Price of my property is 2500/day for down floor only . the detail of owner has been removed as many harass him with bargainings. He no more wants his number to be given . It was reduced for me as I known owner from long time.However longer you stay more discount you get. Same is suggested in video , you selected the city of your choice than hunt property for long stay, you will get cheaper and better. please don’t bargain on my behalf. Also help local economy as they also suffered lose in tourism since 2 yr.

Depend on property size , location , the access the price of properties changes, for one year with good cost , 1bhk independent cottage should cost you around 120000-180000 . Sorry I don’t know any agent or anyone .

Hi This is far away from Market. Usually near to Market would be noisy place. For finding the property you can search on Facebook groups mention in description. It’s always suggest to visit property 1st and than book for long stay

It 24*7 no electricity issue at all , untill some major breakdown or weather issue

Is it safe for single ladies? In our country women only get after any lady living on her own,in our Bhopal farmhouse we had the neighbour who was a peeping Tom at our windows at night.Hope Himachal is safe!
