When Angela wrote this song about her grandmother who had passed. She said if she was having a bad day all she had to do was think about her grandmother's beautiful smile and she would feel better. I now know that feeling. We lost my wonderful father 13yrs. ago 7-1-2010. R.I.P. to our hero. He was a loving husband, loving father and to all others that knew him said he was excellent listener and friend and slow to pass judgement. We can't wait to see that beautiful, charming smile of yours again outside of our dreams. The song makes me so sentimental because we used to listen to it all the time. Until we meet again, I love you daddy!

I love watching these first time reaction videos from the young folks. Their reactions are a PRICELESS. I am pleasantly surprised at how amazed they are at what they hear which is the same reaction that we has when this song came out in the 80s. The difference is we were used to hearing such soulful heartfelt music back then. From Jack's reaction, it's as if young folks are yearning for this type of music and they don't even realize it.

Wait til you hear some of Angela Winbush's solo work. Her range, control and vocal dexterity will make your head explode. Check out "Angel", her first solo single. It was huge on R&B radio.

angela winbush is my all time favorite singer..great range she can go high and low..powerful and soft and sweet and sexy.she could do it all with her voice..very underated singer. Renee her partner did great in the background vocals and he did the musical arrangement and he was also a great producer as well as angela. Too bad they broke up as a group on bad terms.
