Dang, this project looks like perfection to me. Need an invite to the house opening party boss. I need to see the physical beauty of the finish product.

This is one of the best I’ve seen been built in JA. Love all the lights you have coming into the home, very nice design indeed.👍

This is beautiful and it is indeed top tier. Lots of builders in JA are using this new modern design now. It's all over Kingston, Montego Bay, and some developing in St.Ann as well it has become trendy over the last few years.

Omg..This looks perfect the rendering the cleanup looks great.. for the Tempered glass i see the Mexicans use the suction cups to put it up easier

That open floor section on the top floor seem an unnecessary hazard, but interesting design. What is the cost and time line from start to finish approx? Any chance of this being a unfinished dream like the next door house due to a high degree of difficulty? Nice concept hopefully it keeps moving

They gonna put tails there, but for safety they should have put up temporary board rails there
