Well, labour cost is more than material and he is doing the labour, so nothing surprising here. To render my 5 bedrooms is 1.5 million. I don’t think the material will cost even 300,000, but labour is 1.3 million

Understand that finding the right workmen is key. Not all cheap work is good work, but not all expensive trade men are good. Finding the right person is key in building or renovating your home

The blue substance i was using is sure bond. Sure bond is a liquid ahesive based on latex polymers with re-emulsifiable properties. This water based latex emulsion is a bonding adhesive used for plastering applications. It provides a permanent bond for fresh cement mortars and plastering mixes to structurally sound concrete surfaces. Hope this information helps you understand.
