I got round to changing the radiator on my 05 Movano and other than the indicators being in the bumper, everything else was the same as you have detailed. thanks for sharing the video, it was very informative and made the job so much easier.

Hi my coolant keeps disappearing quick and other times not so quick, could this be down to corrosion on the radiator. I’ve no white milky oil or white smoke , possible leak in pipe . I left uk drive Spain and am worried now as keep having to top up. Im using distilled water to top up the coolant as I’m getting through it. Thanks in advance ,Jasmine

Can you see any leaks check oil make sure it level and not over filled with water if can not see any leaks or water in oil check floor inside make sure not wet if not warm up van and pop bonnet leave running and see if u can see any water spray from pipes or rag.

Excellent. Just done the clutch, rad and steering rack. Dose anybody know by any chance, how o change the odometer from km to miles?

Yes I think so if not be an odd bolt in a different place .

Run engine with cap off for around 15 min it push air out of it

would this be the same for a 2006
