I'm currently using UWorld and the Simple Nursing subscription. It's an amazing feeling whenever I watch his videos and I see, damn near verbatim, the same NCLEX style question on both UWorld AND Simple Nursing. It gives me valuable time to review what I missed on UWorld and it is nice knowing that, chances are, you are studying material that will be covered on the NCLEX.

No hate because I love your videos and they are helping me SOOO MUCH! I learn more during these videos than my university lectures lol but at 11:08 I think the stage 3 values have a typo! In the video you said it should be 59-30 GFR, but the list on the right says 59-60! Again I am very very very grateful you have these videos up for free!!

i watch these videos frequently. so helpful with memory tricks for exams.

Ive recently discovered that creatinine can be elevated in patients who are more muscular. Another lab value that can be used to calculate eGFR is the Cystatin C lab. I’ve seen eGFR of 55 with creatinine- but 90 with Cys-C it was wild. Though I’m not sure that’s in the exam

Very useful especially for visual learners. I liked the simple nursing app way better than kaplan. I just get bored and sleepy most of the time. This app is under rated..this should be always included for nclex test takers. Thank God for this brilliant Mike. 👌👌👌 Just really appreciate his work so i wanna post these comment on his videos. 😅

I have a quick question in CKD you said hypernatremia but wouldn't it be hypo since fluid volume overload ? and if the patient is not urinating wouldn't it dilute the sodium ??

It's hypo because too much sodium is lost

I like your videos man they are very helpful 💕 But there is one mistake in the third reading of GFR, it should be 59-30 ml/min I hope the best for you and keep going 👌

What about oral muscle relaxats , opioids , benzodipines , anticonvulsants because of chronic oropharx disphagia with aspiration and loss of gag reflex completely , voice and breathing issues, Severe neck tightness and suffocating sensation due to styloidtecomy post operative complianctions

I wish I knew how these levels can differ from one video to another and to my physician numbers. My blood test shows norm 0.50-1.10 as normal mine is 1.10. This video 1.3. How does a person know whose is accurate? Vicki

Always follow what your school and textbook give you for ranges and things like that. These videos are mostly accurate 9/10 for the basics

It can’t open subtitles in English if have it could be better for reading also

Thanks for the video. My friend was suffering from some problem of kidneys last year. he visited many hospitals but didn't get stable. Then he visited planet Ayurveda and they gave him some herbal medicines. After taking these medicines he is fit as fiddle now.
