Wonderful ideas! Proving that you don't need expensive "historically accurate" attire in order to have great outfits for a ren faire. All of these items are also easily found at thrift stores too. I love all the ways you used your belts. very resourceful!

If you’d like to recreate the faire skirt hikes, you can make one pretty easily with a double ring cinch belt from the thrift store. You just chop it down and make a loop at the end without the rings. Thread it onto the belt at your waist and voila: skirt hike!

That's exactly how I did mine!!!

This is so good! The belt hacks are genius! We saw a ton of leather goods last weekend at the Bristol RF that were $$$. I see now how we could put together similar things with thrifted belts, bags, and maybe some leather paints for a bit of color.

Always so creative! Loving the Faerie and the Pirates ... And wow do those steins take the look beyond! There is a Society for Creative Anachronism floating around my city so there is always something happening. I kinda forgot about them but the festival's are lots of fun... Have a great summer! I love the 2nd more fem looking pirate outfit as well as the diy tip for the pencil skirt. I will definitely be using that! Really enjoyed the video.

I Thrifted The Hollister top so I’m sure it’s pretty old but the forever 21 top I got about five years ago but they still keep releasing it in different colors.
