Her expression skill is senior level!! And her lutz is just flawless…

I have rarely seen a skater who grew so dramatically over a period of one season, right in front of our eyes. Compared to how she skated at her first JGP event earlier in the season, over a period of merely a few month, her skating has become much more convincingly solid, her jumps stronger, her spins faster, her expression more refined, and her overall presentation more mesmerizing. Wonderful to see.

She has become one of the most interesting skaters to watch, junior or senior. very happy for her medal and her performance here!

I don't know who invited her to the WTT gala, but thanks. I've been following her ever since and it's always a greater and greater experience to see her. I was secretly hoping for a medal, but such a clear podium... amazing

She has really great potential. Good patterns, high jumps, I appreciated that 2A 2A jump sequence.

Good lutz and flip, great technique overall and very good expression

The 2nd half of the song was unique and fun. She skates very fast too. Great job.

Very interesting and unique choreography (as expected of mihoko higuchi!), and it's amazing that a skater as young as rena could pull it off!!
