I believe Ren contacted Chinchilla. He liked her music, and asked if they might do something together. The rest is history. She said in an interview that they were like siblings, and have the same musical DNA .

That was a good interview 😊 It surprised me that they haven’t been friends their whole lives 😂 They just connect so well.

I watched a video of Chinchilla talking about how she met Ren. He had watched her singing and messaged her asking if she would be interested in working on something together. She had never heard of him but looked at his work liked what she saw and said yes. They call each other siblings, they are clearly on the same kooky subversive wavelength and I love it. I just showed my friend your reaction video because I was saying how when I'm feeling overwhelmed with life I tune into Johnnie because you are so calm and soothing, you twinkle and sparkle 🎉

When she talks her accent is thick but singing she pronounces her words so clear. Ren's doesn't seem as thick and his words are crystal clear as well.

Look up Ren and Chinchilla they did the song Sexual Healing, it’s actually another song they sung the same night of these songs here. Not a lot of people have reacted to it but it’s really good and actually one of the first songs they performed that night
