Ren feeling the cold is nothing compared to the pain and fatigue and brain fog he suffered for 7 years before getting a correct diagnosis and begining treatment. Ren is trying to shine light on the need for research into these diseases. Also telling his story to give hope to those still sick. May is Millions Missing Awareness month mental illness/ ME/Lyme disease.

I love how you were talking about him wearing fingerless gloves in the cold before reaching the t-shirt shots 😂 I think the cold pales in comparison to the pain he has been through. But also I believe it helps with inflammation? He takes ice baths sometimes at least. And Ren is built different. Music in his veins and a heartbeat like a metronome. He’s a fricking superhero! One who is using his growing powers and platform for so much more than simply creating brilliant music. Ren has said that he always had this feeling that he was meant to change the world for the better. So much that he defiantly yelled a challenge to evil into an empty room. And then he got sick… Ren has now shared the full story of his health journey in 8 video chapters leading up to the release of this song and what a journey it has been. If anyone hasn’t already watched them, I highly recommend you do. With all the chapters he is showing immense strength in sharing his story that is so hard to tell, being vulnerable and telling it because he hopes it will help others and raise awareness. And here he is with another rendition of that story, now told through music with a fire beat and delivering a message of hope. The world needs Ren 🐰🕳️

His hair style changes all the time, the hair you saw was 2 or so years ago. He cut it himself, no money. He has a professional stylist cut it now. You must not of seen his recent videos, his sides are grown out. The top is shorter. Obviously with a hat on you can't see. He takes ice baths on the regular to keep the inflammation down. Cold therapy works well with all kinds of body injuries. Thanks for the clothing tutorial. 😂

To be fair Ren asked to be released from the contract because of his health. Sony allowed him to take all of the music he had done with them.
