I enjoyed your reaction. After watching several Reaction channels. Each Reaction adds a new perspective and insight. It is fascinating that Ren requires multiple minds to comprehend his art.

Just brilliant!! I have no other words to describe Rens beautiful mind and talent!

If you look at this entire piece as a whole, you'll notice Jimmy embodies all of the 7 Deadly Sins either by action or intent. I believe Ren is showing us societies true downfall and how we collectively; more then any other time in history, worship money, wealth and self interest above all else. The betterment of society, your fellow neighbor and future generations to come, takes a back seat to our tribalism and the ever growing me and mine generation. This "infection" is prevalent around the world in every wealthy nation but America is definitely leading the way. Long gone are the words of JFK "Ask not what your Country can do for you, Ask what you can do for your Country", these words are now seen by multitudes as soft & laughable. This society has turned into a "what's in it for ME" collective, where poor education is prevalent and facts don't matter when everyone now has there own set of "Alternative Facts". Nobody questions this stupid new phrase and screams to the heaven's that there is no such thing as "Alternative Facts". The alternative to facts is falsehoods, fictions and lies, but because they put the word Facts next to Alternative, well now, that makes it real and true. Nope! But it's not difficult to figure out why these problems keep growing and growing in today's society. It all comes back to one reason, "The Money Game".🤑🤑

There was only one cut in this video and that was when they panned around the back of the wheel chair. This 1st part of the video required around 8 takes before they got the perfect shot from start to finish. I watched the twitch stream of Ren & the interview with Knox Hill; plus the interview with Knox & Samuel, Ren's videographer. Sam said they placed the cut when they panned around the wheel chair because they needed to set up the string quartet properly because the ending needed to be a true one take. Sam explained that the rain machine they constructed would soke Ren & the set, Ren laughed saying he only had one suit and once everything was wet they were done. In fact they ended up paying the violinist on the left extra money because she had to replace her bow, it got wet and was ruined. They rehearsed the ending with the strings & gun monolog approximately 18 times, before feeling comfortable enough to actually shoot the final scene, making that a genuine ONE SHOT & ONE TAKE .🔥😁✌

He's a great poet. I am glad he is the one singing it, saying it, reading it. A poet will read his poetry with certain inflections to stress parts of it. Poetry isn't read like normal prose, it has rhythm and the writer of a poem will often stress "bars" or lines, with what people call "flow" because that is what poetry is. Someone, anyone, could pick up one of my poems and I would ask them to read it aloud. After or she is done, I will take the same poem and read it aloud and ask why does it now sound different? What does it mean to you now? That is what hip-hop, rap and written rhyming song is, it's poetry, and all have flow just set to different music or no music.

Fantastic reaction! This is a mostly one-take. One hidden cut because of the water at the end. They didn't have another suit so only had one chance to get that part right. Ren's talent is unmatchable! ❤❤❤

There is actually 2. Took me quite a few watches to notice it. Right at the start, when he takes the bag off, there is a cut when the bag obscures the camera. Im guessing the bag made his hair a mess or something but a very clever cut

@@ashB1102 I've watched it about a hundred times by now, and while I can see initially thinking it's a cut, I don't think it's clearly not a cut either, so I'm leaning towards Ren telling the truth. There's really no reason for a cut there. If the bag messed his hair up too much I think they'd just have restarted the take as it wasn't too far in.

This was a wonderful reaction. Ren said that he was trying to blur the lines between music and film. THAT he did.
