Fun fact: the origin of the Shell Oil Company name can be traced back to Marcus Samuel, who sold... shells. His sons began a kerosene-exporting company and named it after their father's business. Info directly from Shell Oil's website. Ren is a freaking GENIUS. Keep on going down this fantastic rabbit hole, my dude. And don't forget the WI Supreme Court election is in April; we actually have a shot at fixing some of this shit if enough people care enough. :)

I don’t think he’s speaking about Trump specifically, but the time of making this I think he was still in office. I think he’s more speaking of all heads of government/s of the world who’ve perpetuated the tactics of divide and conquer and have been main players in the money game. This all goes way back.

I literally prayed to God when I was young to always keep me poor enough to stay close to Him. He has honored the prayer and the blessing has been priceless.

I’m late to this party.. but let’s see if I could help out with the 1st video: the masked man is all of us, being blind to what is going on, Ren is greed and / or the oppressor. He tries to kill the “prisoner” several times, but stops to continue to tell him what is going on.. going so far as to open their eyes (drawing the eyes), but as the masses eyes are opens, he realises the futility in killing them and also now has eyes on him, thus he is now accountable and thus chooses the only way out of this money game by burning himself… (this is also a nod to the monk who burned himself in protest) the song is also about greed (not money) being the problem in today’s world.. and greed being the force behind politics and politicians, that is why they separate the people, keeping everyone angry at each other, to take our eyes off what they doing (again the prisoner with the mask on). This is my take on this after watching this about 500 times.. also side note on the immigration.. nobody seems to get this.. is that most western cultures shared their ancestry so most can be linked to German ancestors.. but these same people hated the Germans for what happened to the Jews, but they are now doing the same thing to the Muslims (and the people are now residents of fear, believing everyone is coming for them in the streets etc. Etc.) this is a deep and multi layered song that needs to listened to several times before you get every thing. The main take away is that even though he takes the leaders of the west to task in these 2 songs, he says that we like to point the blame at others, but we are all part of this money game, because of greed, and the way that society works, and it will only change if ALL of us change.. going back to the futility of it all… …. But this is still just my opinion 😋😁
