Until you violate some obscure drone law and get hit with a $10,000 fine. Don't know where you are right now, but here in Texas in the U.S., there are few places left to legally fly a drone.

He is in canada right now. This drone in particular is just under the requirement to get a license so this should be legal as of now.

I live in NM and have a camera drone that I never unboxed. A friend of mine mentioned that a license is needed to fly it. Sure enough, when I looked it up I discovered that not only do you need a license but you need a pilot's license to use it for commercial purposes. Expensive classes and an expensive test are needed for that. Otherwise yes, a hefty fine... I should have done my "due diligence" before I made the purchase.

Remember about the FCC regulations lol! They will bust your balls if u go to high lol!! But they are amazing. My cousin is a Bridge Engineer and has a 10 thousand dollars one and if you ever want to borrow it you can but I must come with it to operate lol!!

Wait till someone shoots it down..lol.😅. I hope not but I’ve seen videos of people using them for target practice. I thought about it one time while I was swimming in my pool and some drone decided to hover over and watch. Hope they got a good eye full. 😅😂 I have little hobby planes flying around my home on the weekends. I live next to a large lake. People love their toys.
