Great reaction loved the unbiased you displayed alot of folks wouldn't even play dottas part and teel there audience how they should feel about dotta. Knox and dotta whent back and forth as well. Dotta crown knox stan,patiently waiting, dotta untouchable slow flow, xerox knox, and E. Would love to see you break down all 6 of thoese. Also dotta days kill shot started it.

I love how Ren handled this. Proved he could battle with the best and then twisted it at the end to stay true to his message of love and support. Even Dotta responded that Ren won and he would not be responding. Plus he said that he actually had red velvet cake for breakfast the day Ren dropped this LOL. #theRenEffect. Great reaction!!

The amount of reactors that just jumped on the bandwagon, and only did Ren’s dis is beyond dumb to me. Thank you for doing both. And keeping a non-biased open mind. Love it.

Big Ren fan here, I've watched a ton of people react to this battle from big channels to small and I can count the number of reactors that watched both Dotta's diss and Rens while attempting to be as unbiased as possible on 1 hand. Most of my favorite reactors went into it having already made their judgment before hitting play on the video which imo calls into question their integrity as a reactor. Blindly hating on someone based off of nothing but assumptions and refusing to investigate further into the situation is one of the main reasons society as a whole is where its at today. I think Ren went softer then he would've cuz dotta had dropped a diss on Knox Hill then Knox dropped 2 back to back (1st one 2 hours after the diss to Ren dropped & the next 24 hours later) right after Dotta dissed Ren cuz Dotta had to drop those lines in the Ren diss saying Ren was taking knots for Knox and that Knox didn't respond. Ren prob being the human being he is didn't want to kill this man's career. Ren is just an amazing human. If you go on his community page you will see the posts Ren made about this. Knox extended an olive branch cuz of Rens diss to Dotta and Dotta came back with 3 more diss tracks towards Knox. I haven't listened to the last 3 myself. I think that Ren and Knox are on a different level lyrically then Dotta but the dude isn't a horrible rapper, he just needs to stop the diss tracks and focus on his original work which is pretty decent.

This is like Scru Face going after Upchurch.... #BrutalBeatDown but with a hug by the better person

King Dotta and Ren made a deal, where they would battle each other. But i think there was some confusion l, because Ren said he would battle, but on camera. Face to face. But its all good. They both did well.

You didn't catch this but just to show you another level of how Ren's mind works. I Love the message Ren hid in the flowers 🌹 holding a piece of Fern to represent new life and new beginnings, an olive branch as a symbol of peace and Chrysanthemums for longevity, fidelity, joy and optimism. that means Ren started the diss with a visual double with that bouquet in a funeral motif and then turnes it into a triple by giving him verbal flowers at the end. Also the bagpipes are playing "Amazing Grace", which so happened to be written by a former slave owner turned abolitionist, realizing the error of his ways and advocated for black peoples freedom and human right. Just perfect I ❤Ren..

Great video. I just like to give some background for those who don't know. Ren agreed to do a battle. This all kinds started when Knox Hill dropped his Killshot (remix). There was a line that dotta(with the help of the Michelleshow it seems) mistook as a diss at him. He had been trying to get knox and several others to battle him, but he s small. So when he heard Killshot he thought it s directed at him. Thus he dropped the diss Crown (knox hill diss). Knox didn't even know about him or the song. Dotta took it as him not responding. Then he got to talk to Ren in comments somewhere and Ren agreed to do a battle with him just asking that or wait tell after Murderer released as it was already on its way, and he didn't want people to think he wouldn't do it. So after murderer dotta does Kingdom Come. This got knox attention as he is close with Ren. And dotta couldn't help but double down and toss shade at knox. So knox learns, and drops Stan (remix). I believe it was only a couple hours after dotta did his. Then with no reply from dotta he does a second track 24 hours after the first. Still no replies. Ren finally gets the time to reply, being delayed a bit due to docs and such. Dotta was fine waiting and was understanding with his situation. I love that dotta for a chuckle at the cake line as he said that he had in fact had cake for breakfast that morning. Dotta said that he was not going to reply and they were cool. But that he was not done with Knox, and he does I think 3 or 4 replies, but knox has said he's taking Rens path and focus on growing. One of Rens big things is A Rising Tide Lifts All Ships. So he actually lives the reaction community and such as it helps everyone.

Ren won 100%. I didn't really even think Dotta's was anything special. It didn't even bump well or hit that hard. I'm 44 and have been listening to rap since the RUN DMC & Tone Loc days and Ren is 1000x more talented in every way imaginable. 🤷‍♂️

Dotta had less than 1K subscribers before Ren's diss - now he has 4 times that. Dotta did release a decent track called Thank You. But If he wants to build a following he needs to write and release more quality stuff (just my opinion). At least Ren has raised his profile

Before Dotta first made the diss track calling out Knox and adding Ren to it, he literally had about 100 subs. That took him to about 1000, and he's where he is now since Ren sent them his way. I follow, but it isn't really my style of rap. I've never been much of a hip-hop guy.

I'm not trying to give excuses for Dotta's diss, because I wasn't impressed with his lyricism at all, but the reason the sound mix was trash was because of the ground rules set by Ren & agreed to by Dotta. The rules were live 1 take recording no studio polish or engineering allowed. Just thought I'd mention it & let you know.

Ren didn't say anything about it not being polished. He challenged Dotta to do it on video, all in one take, no notes. Dotta came back with could he read it off his phone because he "wrote too much to remember (his) lyrics." Ren said sure, and that's why Dotta put out the video of him in the recording booth showing it was in one take. Sorry to say, but Dotta did have a producer (the track literally has the producer credit in the title) and the quality still wasn't good. That's just a fact, unfortunately.

@@icyravens Dotta has polished tracks including his diss against Knox, so it seems like this is what Dotta sees as a one take because this isn't a studio polished recording like he usually does. I'm the last person to make excuses for the shitty quality Dotta put out but that is the reason layed down this track like he did. ✌️
