Removing Rusty Step Rails on a Toyota Tacoma
The aftermarket step rails had been an eyesore even since I bought the Tacoma. They didn't even help you get into the truck! I decided it was time to take them off - a job which wasn't as easy as I first thought it would be.

Looks way better. Great job
Good info.
Great video. I hope I can get the nerf bar brackets off my Dodge as easily. They use the cab bolts to hold the brackets and I'm worried about them breaking off.
What brand were they, like to know so as not to buy them.
Wow. Imagine trying to replace a frame at the Toyota dealer?? I guess they got a process to remove rusted hardware??
