This is Over 12 hrs of work to remove this Black #BoxColor @blogilates has been coloring her own hair for over 3 years with layers upon layers of black box color. #ParanormalHairtitvity It’s not easy to get her hair brown when there’s black box dye. So I did 3 rounds of color removers. Each round took an hour each and waiting for her hair to turn to a level 4. After that I apply #GuyTang #Mydentity #Magnum8 with 10vol with @olaplex No1 on to her ends to remove the residual dyes in her ends to remove as much of the color as possible. After that I apply @guytang_mydentity 1️⃣55g 5BB + 15g 8BB with 10vol on rootàge 2️⃣30g 5BB + 30g 8BB on mids and ends All with #olaplex no1 and GuyTang #MyHero Collagen Powder And one final step left is to glaze. I use GuyTang Mydentity Demi Color. 1️⃣40g 7Bb + 20g Wicked Shadow7 with 6vol on rootàge 2️⃣7Bb with 6vol on midshaft 3️⃣20g 7Bb + 20g 9Bb with 6Vol on ends Treat with #Olaplex no2 Shampoo and Condition with GuyTang #MyHero Nourishing system. Spray #MyHero leave collagen repair and leave in creme. Blow dry and style and used #MyControl hair spray for hold and style. I also shaped up her hair cut.

it genuinely doesn’t matter how old or young she looks it’s just freaking hair colour and anyone can look good at any age. don’t act like looking older is a bad thing, i will feel honoured to age knowing i’ve lived a long good life.

The black seems to be more complimentary to her features, but she is feeling herself with the new colour and that is what it is all about. ❤❤🎉

No the black is flat and doesn't have shine. Even naturally black hair has different shades of brown and even red in it, which a black box dye can never match.

Natural, healthy black hair is gorgeous. But she's been dyeing it. Not only does it look like he helped to begin the process of body restoration to her hair, but he removed the heaviness of the depressing black color the box dye was given. Win, win. Same. Always liked the 'Snow White' look. Have been dying my ashy blonde hair black, since I was a teen. I think it suits me better, than my boring, nondescript natural hair color. I tried going brown for a bit, a while back, but a hard, even bluish black really looks better on me.

Personally, I think that brown is a little too warm for you, a cool brown like his hair looks better on you in comparison. But I know why more red pigments were necessary since after bleaching, the hair get a green tint to it if put brown without red pigment.I hope that after 3rd or 4th time coloring it you get the right color that flatter you skin tone👍

It might have been a bit gray. That's the main reason women DIY their own dark hair dye because it covers the best without professional help. No shade because I have had gray hairs since my mid 20s. I assume black would have been closest to her natural hair colour but this looks lovely too.

been dying my hair box black for over 10 years. I’ve been 80% gray for a while. I picked up the wrong box in a different brand. I ended up with reddish brown highlights where my gray is Within two boxes my hair was brown. I don’t understand it but I’m grateful for it.
