Which wire is for the fans and heated seats mine won’t turn back on

It will only go one way. If the connection is secure, try checking your fuses and relays to make sure they are good.

I’ve DVD player underneath. It’s impossible to access those two screws from down side. Any idea how to remove it?

If you have any slim wrenches, it should give you access to the two screws below.
