Any idea why remote start turns engine on with 3 click but doesn't stop enginw with 3 click. Have to get in the car to turn off by pressing stop button.

Hey Brian my name is Steve, just wanted to start off with saying I love your channel, the helpful tips and DIY videos that help guide people like me that we can do certain repairs ourselves or install parts without having to go to a garage and emptying out our bank accounts. In November of 2018 I purchased a 2014 335i BMW GT hatchback i think it's an F30 which I have to say is the most fun car I've ever had in my life so far before that I owned a 2008 Pontiac minivan after that I picked up a 2012 Dodge Journey SXT and then after that I picked up a2015 Dodge Journey SE and now the BMW and since I was a kid I did love BMWs and the reason for that was because when I was a kid my brother was going to high school and he drew a picture of his favorite M3 BMW and he framed it then you hung in our bedroom on the wall and honestly it was because of that that I gained some love for BMW'S but did not really pursue to gain the knowledge like how I see you have and other people around me that will have knowledge of other brand new cars or just other just basic information or really good information about the history of the car and and so on but I'm doing my best to learn. I'm looking forward to the f30 remote starter because I'm from Toronto Ontario Canada so when winter comes I would love to have one on my GT. Right now everything is still stock on my car I'm just in the cosmetic look of the car because WOW!!! It has power I've never owned any type of car like this but I'm enjoying it to the max. So please keep making videos and when you let us know about another meet I will try my best to come out there and be part of it and whare is it anyway so I can be sure I can make it out there so ya if you got the time message me back Thank You.

The is no green light coming on the module when I try to program it to my X5 even though I followed the instructions. There is no jumper cable port on my ol-Rs-bm1 module

Just a reminder, this is for E series only. We are working on a solution that uses an aftermarket display key, however, we had to go back to the manufacturer for some improvements. We hope to hear more on that key soon for all of you with F and G series!

Should have used the idatalink version, the Omega link version locks out compustar products and limits you to auduovox products, so you can't use drone mobile.

@@edonb9970 Probaly won't overide the failsafe system, which means that. If car in gear, clutch not pressed in. Car won't start...it even stops the car if you pull the clutch out to early in the starting process...

It would work when he wires it to the brake that's to unlock the safety switch. Just wire it to the clutch safety switch and it should work just fine

I don't really car about removed start. Will it start with out inserting the key.

For safety reason there is no remote start for manuals sadly

it works on manuel you need to code your car to start without the clutch using NCS Expert i coded my car i dont need the clutch i can even start it when it is not in neutral

Does this also work for cars that do not have keyless go?
