Après plusieurs essais de montage comme l'indique la video impossible de faire marcher ce collier. La led fournie ne s'allume pas, aucune vibration. Je souhaite renvoyer ce collier et obtenir un remboursement mais impossible d'avoir un contact avec le SAV

The only time this happens to me is when the batteries are used up. Try putting new ones in. Also, when putting new batteries in the collars, you have about 30 seconds to sync your collar with the hand controller by simply pressing to activate either the sound, the buzz, or the shocker. By the way, I buy the hand controller batteries from Chinese sites (like Aliexpress). Much cheaper. Hope this helps.

the mode and # 1 is to hight for dogs. Buy the Mini educator e collar is the best.. low mode to hights mode.

I set the vibrating mode to 100 (max) and no more than 5in the choc mode (100 is max) for my two under 20 lbs dogs and it works well. Fortunately, I've only had to "zap" my dogs maybe once a year since I've had this model and that is plenty. Wouldn't do to make a habit of it; they remember one zap for the whole year to come! I've just looked at the Mini Educator E Collar; it is certainly a great alternative to the one I'm using but not in the same price range and not for two dogs at a time. Thank you for the suggestion though. Cheers!

I have both the E collar of 20 dollars I only use it for vibration and the mini educator $180 but I also put the two to verify the difference shock and the big difference from that cheap ECollar will give bad names to others who are of good quality. Watch more videos on youtube and look at the difference only my opinion to my experience, thanks. Different strokes for different folks Guillermo. I didn't have the money to fork over $180 for pet remote controllers so I instead went for this cheaper under $50 (including shipping!!) two-dog model from China. Sure, it has it's quirks, which is why I did this video, but it still works to this day and, since these are my last dogs (tired of being the only one taking care of them) then this was the right model for me. Cheers mate!

Guillermo's point was that he thinks that level 1 on the "zap" setting on my very inexpensive Chinese double dog collars with single control is too high for a dog. I beg to differ; one of my dogs doesn't even react if the thing is set to level 5! How you set your collar depends on your dog's particular pain threshold which you have to use common sense to determine (I have one set at 8 and the other one at 3...yes, you can do that with this model). As for using treats and praise, you assume that I don't use these as well which would be false (and who are you talking about when you say "we actually like to see people"...who's WE??). But my review wasn't about whether or not you agree or disagree with using these electric collars, it was about this particular model and what it does. If you prefer another model, by all means, buy that one instead. And if you prefer not to "zap" your dog well then, by all means, don't buy this. Cheers!
