Remote Control Kit Substitutes for DPDT Switch to Control AC Motor's Rotation

We use remote control kit (S4PA-AC220+CV-4-2) to substitute for DPDT switch to remote control AC Motor postitive and reversal rotation.
Steps:
1 Remove your double-pole-double-throw switch
2 Install the remote controller to original position of double-pole-double-throw switch.
3 Use remote transmitter to control AC motor's rotation.
Press and hold button ▲ on remote: connect terminals 1&3, and connect terminals 2&4.
Release button: disconnect terminals 1&3, and disconnect terminals 2&4
Press and hold button ▼ on remote: connect terminals 3&5, and connect terminals 4&6.
Release button: disconnect terminals 3&5, and disconnect terminals 4&6

I'm building a device that requires control over 3 phase induction AC motor 1.5 kw and 1400 rpm to do the following 1-reverse Motor direction 2-switch motor on/off (frequency up to 1 time per second) 3- Can be controlled by a micro controller (i.e accepts analog signal 0-5v) No need for controlling motor speed what is the device that provides the above mentioned control that is cheaper than a VFD ?
