I am absolutely astounded by the performance of both the tungsten shot and the loading. 20 years ago I would have called anyone a liar if this level of lethality had been claimed, ESPECIALLY in the .410. Nicely done.

Nice. I remember when they said I would fail with a .20ga for spring turkey. .410 is taking things to a new level.

Did you pattern it with the included Remington TSS choke tube that’s supposed to be optimized for the #9 TSS loads? You mentioned the Briley full choke, but not the Factory choke. Thank you!

Which of the two patterned better the factory or briley?

Randy do you think this combo minus the sights would work for a wild pheasant set up? Reason for asking is I'm going to be undergoing shoulder surgery and worry I may not be able to handle a stiff pheasant load.

No, not well. An 11-87 20 gauge is FAR more suitable.

Buy a cz teal or cz drake in .410. If you shoot tungsten theres no reason you cant take birds to 50yards. My main waterfowl gun is a cz drake and with tss its scary effective and much nicer to carry and shoot than a 12. I have a .410 tristar bristol sxs on the way.
