Great video. I was tickled to find this as it was the first high-def version. This march meant so much to me since I flew 6000 files just for it and got to stand about 40 yards from the Cenotaph right behind the Sikh soldier in the detachment of military with hats connected by a cord to their body.

Excellent camera work, sound, editing and artistic judgement. Only The Big Drum does it right!

You do realise that, as the officer is carrying a sword, his arm goes up at the alternate 'step' to the squaddies (because they carry their rifles on the other arm and shoulder).? I'd have to say his arm is a bit slow, but he's in step.

martin mikoš Okay well behind the Life Guards are the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery. They’re the ceremonial unit attached to the Royal Artillery, making them an artillery not a cavalry regiment.
