Idk about other people but i don't really like that transfer rating system. Imagine a situation where the tension bar is almost full and is one negotiation away from them leaving in anger and you finally reach an agreement and the game is like : nah F, bad transfer mate. The game doesn't automatically select the players with the lowest match sharpness for training drills. The same problem existed in Fifa 22.

You should sell elneny because you have Partey at starter and Xhaka as backup and you can use Douglas Luiz at CDM if Xhaka gets injured

People were forced to do that in Fifa 20 too I believe. GK were shit then too. Last season, they weren't that bad. EA being lazy again. Either they don't learn from mistakes in the last game and don't fix those or they even bring back mistakes from several Fifa games ago.
