You need to take advantage of the fact that KZread’s algorithm is targeting you and start making some of those community posts! I think someone discovered that they’re more likely to pop up for random people, and it could draw a larger following to your channel. You put out fantastic content and deserve way more views!!

i just wanna say, minicraft is a suuper underrated version of the game, it almost lives up to normal minecraft tbh. i wholeheartedly recommend it

Absolutely love your content man, ever since I found you by the 48 hour minecraft video just damn. The way you make your videos on making games is just better than every other video I've seen. There's no like memes interrupting the video and just jokes and some simple editing. Love it!

This is cool, I like your content so far and I especially love how you open source your work allowing others to play with the code.

I wish someone like actually made like a topdown 2d minecraft terraria kind of game in this style, with enchantments and everything.

I don't know how many of you are aware, but if you are interested in a extended version of Notch's original game, there is Minicraft+. It's worth a try if you want like a more developed version of the original game. Even adds a new boss.

None of my friends knew what the game was and I honestly thought I had some kinda false memory that formed in my childhood of a game that didn't even exist. It's really nice to know that I wasn't insane and did actually play this back in ~2011-ish

I'm so happy people still love this game, I have been planning my own minicraft successor for ages, and about 6 months ago I started working on a general purpose 2d engine. Some day I'll be showing this to the world, a hint of link to the past, a hint of stardew, and a tonne of minicraft

For future reference, I really recommend Pro Motion NG for pixelart. You can make a SNES/Genesis-like 16bit graphics very easily with barely any effort. It used to be quite expensive, but now it's just $30 on Steam, which for a program of this functionality is a steal. Oh, and it is heavily inspired by the Deluxe Paint.
