No sirjee Tcs allow gap of 3 years for men and 4 years gap for women They didn't remove it as per my latest knowledge of last 20 days. @@TechFirdous No Bro....Just go and check updated eligibility criteria for experienced. It did not mentioned any gap condition. Previously it was there. May be the HR who told you is not aware about the fact. One of my friend got 4.5 years of Gap in career and he is now TCS employee since 6 months....The reason for this comment is to inform you regarding latest changes in eligibility criteria in TCS

generally big mncs for example ibm take 30 days to release relieving letter so don't worry for 3 to 4 week no hurry after one month you may get mail to submit it and you need to submit within 60 to 90 days if you provide them early them good so no need to worry and best of luck for your future

Company should always give relieving letter if you follow the company norms If they are not giving Send mail and put your personal email in cc In sometime if you don't follow there rules then they may delay or won't provide you relieving letter

If you break the Bond, the Company will send you a legal notice and may file recovery suit (which companies normally avoid to do), 3. However, they will certainly refuse to issue release letter & experience certificate to you on the plea of not paying the agreed amount after breaking the bond

If you are working Then your current company may take 15 to 45 days to provide relieving letter after your last woy days And they give 2 month time to provide this

In relieving letter will they mention our performance?? Please tell me

Hi Sir My name is Naresh Aug 17 th I was joined in concentrix due to my mom health resign the job did not serve notice period now the company send a statement that YOU NOT SERVE NOTICE WE WILL CHARGE FROM YOUR BASIC I'm okay with it but the charges goes in short 3829/- rs means I will pay to company they are send account number and inform me to pay amount to company account. Now my question is wat happens I not pay that amount to company.

They will send you account number If you don't give money they will not provide releaving letter And if you don't have relieving letter you may face some.issue if your pf account got created Or you should not show this experience Please subscribe my channel if you like my videos

IN SMALL COMPANY THEY PROVIDE BUT IN BIG MNC THEY HAVE THERE TERMS AND CONDITION AND MOST OTHER COMPANIES KNOWS THAT WHEN I WAS WORKING IN SMALL COMPANY THEY PROVIDED ME ON SAME DAY. BUT IBM TOOK 30 DAYS

Dear Sir.. my query is i was working in TATA AIA for 4 months and then I resigned cause of toxic environment. They have provided me a tab and that tab got break before I resigned. I had mailed to my seniors but nothing has happened after some days I resigned and didn't submit my tab. I got mail after some months that they want some money for that tab..i told them that I don't have any money I m student now..but they mailed me several times. And they didn't reply my mails.. it has been one years and they mail me continuously. What should I do sir.. they are not providing me my relieving letter.. if i want to join any company then they will considered me as a fresher. Are they provide me any job.. please sir reply.. i m very disturbed to it..

Ek kaam karo sister aap paise ka arrangement karo kahi se or unko de do. Apna releiving letter le hi lo. Risk kyun lena tab hi hai itna costly bhi nahi hoga. Because aage kahi dikkat na ho jaaye. Tension free ho jaayo releiving letter le kar ke.

Hi, i was selected in infy, and that time they not considering my non technical exp but now they want the exp letter of non technical profile which i dont have, i have said this thing in the interview time and now also,but they want . Hii I have resigned from a company within 1 month but uan no created and as bond period was 2 years so company is denying reliving letter and asking bond amount 3 lakhs whereas i am ready to pay 1 month salary as per the clauses in bond. Now how could i join other companies? Some people saying next employer will definitely get to know about past employers by uan no..

I worked on one organization from 1st Jan-6th March.I didn't got reliving letter.There was 2 months notice period.But I was new to the project and there was no major dependency.I got released with in 2 days.But hr said that if you don't work for 6 months atleast,we don't provide any experience/release documents.Currently I am working in different organization .But yes I got fnf amount from my old company too.As I got released properly.Now If I switch company and go to some other company,will I get any problem?Do I need to show first company releasing letter??If there is any problem,what is the solution for this

Well in some big mnc like Accenture and TCS they check those But if it is more than 7 year old company then they may not want there details Generally they want last 3 company or last 7 years old company details But still you can formally inform this to HR Do subscribe my channel if you like my videos

Thanks for your prompt response, While filling the form on document verification service site. I don't have some documents like salary slip or Bank statement and the system not allow me to move ahead without uploading the document in that case what should I do ? I don't have contact details of that service and HR said - leave it and mention the same in remarks. I tried but still unable to fill the form

if you are freshers and if you had worked in any company like Amazon They must create your PF account etc so when new company try to create new account then they may see and it may cause issue so its better to mention that you leave one company in 2 month and don't want to show its experience as i don't have experience letter as per me to inform HR in casual way may help you but i don't have much knowledge for freshers case but for experience for example in my case i left one company in 2 month 20days and i give proper reason it didn't cause any issue to me but my case was for experience when i sit in interview i use to inform HR regarding this

I have resignation acceptance which says you will be separated effective date() TCS is not considering as reliving and it's just a matter of 1 day employment

My friend left his job from company on 18 feb 2021 due to personal reason and joined another company on 25th Feb now his old company has given him FNF on with mentioned date 19feb but on relieving letter its mentioned as 03 March and his current employer accusing him of dual employment and asked him to resign immediately.

Can i join other company as a fresher without mentioning previous employer and i also want to know will there be any problem in future.
