Reliance Jio showcased its MR glasses, Jio Glass, at a recent event. The glasses use mixed reality (MR), a combination of augmented reality and virtual reality. They were developed by Tesseract, a company acquired by Reliance Industries. Jio Glass is wearable, weighs 75 grams, and has a metallic frame with two lenses. It can be connected to smartphones via USB-C cable and has a virtual display of up to 100 inches. The price and availability of Jio Glass have not been announced yet. There are several speculations going around regarding the cost of Jio Glass in India, however, the company has not yet said anything on the device' price. Jio Glass still seems to be a work in progress product and there are no official timelines about its launch.
