Hi Bre! I've been dealing with an on going an incredibly stressful situation for the last several weeks. It started back in December, right around Christmas when that large snow storm came through. Ever since then, things haven't really let up, it's been one stressful even after another. This session was very freeing. I can feel the bottom of my foot twitching that has plantar fasciitis. I told my sister about my pain and she felt bad and I almost started bawling. I'm so ashamed to show my feelings so I didn't. I kind of wish I had.
