I’ve been listening to this to help me sleep for the past 3 years!! It’s soothing, relaxing, and the music is perfect! I have ADHD so I have a hard time sitting still and focusing but as soon as I put this on at night I pass out less then 5 minutes later!! Absolutely love this!!!
