That's what people should learn first of all, that the gear is not the most important thing, I mean - it meters but the first is idea! Absolutely love what're you doing with Sony zv-e10 and color! And great taste in music, thx again!

Hey :) sharpness and clarity are all done in post for me. I have set the sharpness at -7 in camera. You can always pump up texture and clarity in Lightroom (or any editing program) but I wouldn’t go super high on those, since they tend to look very artificial. Noise reduction in Lightroom is also really good! If you’re struggling with clarity, I would probably be more careful with the focus, be sure that your subject is in focus, be sure that your lens is clean and if you can overexpose, it might help with the noise issue. Although pumping up the ISO might cause some noise issues too. What are you shooting with? What camera and what lens?

Thanks man, I really appreciate that!I'm thinking of getting the Tamron 17-70mm f2.8 right now. Range is amazing and the fact that it's stabilised will definitely help with the ZV-E10's stabilisation issue. If you have any other questions, don't shy away, shooter my way. And if you want to know how I edited those photos, you can check this video out too! kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZYiHytGhlafHdbQ.html

@@ZeroGravityDesignStudio what makes you prefer a zoom lens to a prime or macro other than the range?

As a first "proper" lens, the price-performance of a zoom lens is unbeatable. Getting a range of 24-35-50mm primes would cost a lot more than getting a 17-70mm zoom. Even though primes are faster, for the sheer price-performance, for the range, for the ease of use, I think a zoom lens is the better choice. Plus, since seeing "Challengers", I've been feeling zooms a lot more as a storytelling device. As far as the macro goes, it's not my style of photogarphy or videography, so I can't really comment on that.
