Relaxing Bilateral Stim Music | 1 Hour for Anxiety, Stress, PTSD, Sleep 🎧 A Drop in Time

Музыка

This bilateral stim session lasts for one hour, and has a bilateral beat running at 75 BPM. Bilateral stimulation music is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
There will also be a ten-hour, dark screen version of this posted.
**I cannot answer medical questions for you, and I will always recommend seeking guidance from a licensed therapist about your specific situation. I always found that sounds of nature and cultural sounds are more effective for me...I have CPTSD, with flashbacks, anxiety, seasonal depression, always in fight-flight mode, with cycling music playing in my head for days resulting in weeks of insomnia. This music has helped me so much. To everyone on their healing journey...you are not alone...we are connected by our the various energy we put out into the universe...may it be due to neuro-divergent minds, trauma....

I relate. My life has been excruciating for 30 years. I’m only 42 but I’ve wanted to die since I was a kid. The only thing that keeps me sane is Jesus. He’s my hope. He’s my rock and salvation. He’s my anchor. He is who gives this pain purpose. I cannot fathom why my life has been so incredibly hard. It’s been so tragic and heartbreaking that it’s got to be divine appointment. I understand being tired. Every time we breath in we say Yah and every time we breathe out we say Weh. Yahweh. It means God. It’s pretty special that breathing, the very thing that sustains our life is just a humble reminder of our Creator. Love and goodness to you as you suffer. We are in this together

I’m so sorry your life has been this hard. I’m glad you found Jesus. He is also the source of my strength. I lost a 26 year old daughter in a horrible way a few years ago and her little girl, who had no clue who Jesus is, came up to me and said, mommy told me to give you this really important message…she has already seen and spent time with Jesus. Her daughter could see and speak to her mother for a week until she was buried. Every single time I’m having a rough day and missing my daughter, I pray and ask for comfort. I ALWAYS get it. Immediately! It feels like a warm hug. One of Christ’s many names is Comforter. You are so important to him. We all are! Hang on! The beats in each ear makes this feel like EMDR therapy. That’s a wonderful trauma therapy, if you haven’t tried it before. You are loved!❤❤❤

I am hurting so bad in my mind and soul. The grief I feel and sorrow I feel are unbearable. Sometimes it hurts so bad that cutting my arm off would feel better. Nothing relieves the pain once it gets triggered. I’m so tired but thankfully I know Jesus so I have Him to comfort me when I literally cannot take it anymore. For some reason I think this pain is here to teach me something. I know it continues to help me seek God. Sometimes I want to quit, give up, fall apart but there is hope deep inside of me that I have to mine out to overcome the depression and agonry I feel inside. No one understands it. I do feel alone and I would love to go on to heaven and get out of this pain but the Lord said, “how can your life give me glory if you’re not alive”? I couldn’t argue with that. Sometimes I hate God. Not literally but the pain is so intense that I feel fury and to keep from going to jail I release my anger on God and sometimes the pain is so bad I yell at people. I’ve felt this agony for 30 years. I’m asking God for a miracle because I don’t want to use drugs, drink, numb out or run away anymore. I’ve done everything to escape. Nothing worked. God loves me and this pain has a great purpose but damnit it hurts and today I’m at my max. God knows I’m at the bottom of what I can tolerate. He will send a ram. Please pray for me. I need answers. I need peace. I need love and understanding. I’m going to trust God if it kills me. I’m doing my best to serve Him and not turn against Him and follow the devil out of resentment. If you would please lift up my name, Brooklyn Faith so God hears us ask Him for mercy and grace on my body so I can have permanent relief. If you need prayers please leave a comment. I will pray for you too. Thanks so much, Brooklyn

Like the other person said, Jesus loves you with all of His great heart, hang in there, one day at a time, your life is giving Him glory! This particular track was just what I needed today. It took me all the way from some bad/sad places to a safe space and to feeling whole. A wonderful experience with the adult parts of me caring appropriately for the younger parts who now are calm and at peace. To those left with some negative thoughts: Let the bilateral stimulation do what it does and if it takes you someplace you don't like or don't feel comfortable and safe in, just stop listening, take several slow deep breaths and find someone you can talk to. So helpful for me today. Thank you.

This is great. I dont comment much, but felt the need for this. This brought up a bunch of emotions and feelings today. Kinda took me over. There are a couple of chord changes that just have a feeling to them. The pad hits me one way and makes me feel something for sure, but it's the piano resolution chord that reminds of something and just brought up all these feelings and memories. It's amazing how such a simple chordal progression can stir up such a strong emotional response.

Bonjour, des émotions comme la tristesse sont normales après des stimulations bilatérales parce que ces stimulations aident notre cerveau à les "digérer". C'est que le travail se fait au niveau inconscient. Mais c'est toujours un peu troublant. Bonne continuation, l'ami.

@@codysmitka149 That can vary, and not everyone responds the same. Neurodivergent people can have trouble with emotions mirroring and looping, so standard therapeutic theory does not always work well. And depression can take on a life of its own, and behave similarly: instead of working through sadness, you can spiral down. I've been trying a few of these, and having a bit of the issue that Christie listed myself. I'm also having some sensory issues with the water sounds. I'll try some others but I may go the non-musical route myself, we'll see.

I see now that I read some of these that emotional floods also come with this music. It’s probably better to listen to when you are legitimately having stress otherwise it’ll make ya kinda depressed

I sometimes feel it works for me and calms them down and sometimes there is an emotional flood so it works for me a bit ... maybe because I only hear 10 minutes and need more? Maybe otherwise?

Hello! Thanks for stopping by and listening. I always recommend talking with a professional therapist about your specific situation. Everyone has a unique and complex situation. An individualized professional is going to help you understand why you're feeling that flood of emotion, what treatments are best, and how to safely navigate through those treatments. If you would like to learn more about bilateral stimulation and EMDR then I would recommend reaching out to an EMDR trained therapist. I'll paste this same reply to the other vids you posted this comment in case someone has a similar question. I know that's probably not the easy answer you might have been looking for, but I'm confident it's the most accurate. Sorry for the lengthy reply! Thanks for the comments : )

I as well experience an emotional flood when I listen, but sometimes it does help. I'm currently looking for a therapist that specializes in this type of therapy.

I like the music but the beat on the right side is much further back than the left beat. Very annoying to hear the beat in the middle on the left side and far away on the right.

This happens to me because one ear hears better than the other. The sound not being in the middle was be an early indicator of hearing loss. I flipped my headphones for this one. For some reason it sounds better.
