Theres a reason to save them for last - they tend to bleed more and can upset the balance of pressure under the skin and make it harder to pop the little ones if the big ones are gone first.

Rachel I went to that time exactly and that was the grouping of blackheads and has nothing to do with taking out a Sac from a cyst per se. I don't see any point at which they went after a cyst to begin with but in the opening image it shows three or four corruption's hanging out in close quarters waiting to get taken out and that's what you saw but that's okay as long as it was quote satisfying. I'm not sure if you call those blackheads or comedone but there was no cyst taking out or any such action, just saying and not a big deal cuz it was kind of a good video

With the explosion of this type of content it's easy to forget that on the other end of this video there is a person who might hate their skin and feel absolutely down on themselves yet they still put themselves out there for our twisted entertainment. YOU ARE APPRECIATED! ❤

I have noticed that in a lot of these videos they pick at the blackhead and squeeze once, but don`t go back and finish the extraction. If they don't finish getting the "tail" of the blackhead they will just return faster .

@@bestgrandma7442 There is a difference between estheticians (who perform these cosmetic services) and dermatologists (doctors who can diagnose and treat medical conditions). This guy looks like he might have some medical conditions that estheticians can't do anything about, like skin cancer or necrosis, so yeah -- we *would* refer them to a doctor.

Does anyone else watch these videos and think, I'm gonna retrain as a dermatologist?

@@Cancionera40 I agree with you 💯 percent. Plus, I think the esthetician, or whatever they call themselves in their country, are only in the business for the almighty buck. I am convinced now that since none of them extracts everything out of a clogged pore, they are guaranteeing themselves repeat clients. I have yet to find a spa/clinic that empties out a pore completely, which is why I am running out of channels to watch, and I will go back to watching the everyday joe popping just for fun. At least those people get the satisfaction of squeezing every little bit out of a pore, pimple, or cyst.

These techs aren’t dermatologists. They’re the equivalent of what an esthetician is here in the USA. Dermatologists are skin doctors. Much higher pay grade and they don’t spend the day popping blackheads. Maybe doing surgery on bumps and cysts, but not this.

Agreed. I've been going to dermatologists for acne for over 50 years. For blackhead removal she is better than most docs.

I don't know how this person didn't just start to pop some himself!! I wouldn't have that much self-control! I love watching these videos! They're relaxing to watch after a hectic day!

Ethnic skin (I think we can all agree this person is most likely NOT caucasian) sometimes gets brown/black discolorations with acne. Enilsa Brown talks about it in her videos. So could be that. Or could simply be birth marks.

Honestly, having such suspicious dark spots on the face, I'd be more concerned about these, not about some pimples. It might be just old acne scars turning darker, but I'd definitely recommend going for a check up.

@@lizweiss4599 it's literally not. It's all for the good of client. The little ones come first because if you don't get them out they'll become the big ones and the cycle won't get broken. It's easier to remove the small ones and less painful if it's done before the others. It has nothing to do with our views.

I watch Sac dep Spa a lot in the evening when i can't sleep & then i put a video on & 10sec later i feel so calm & 30min later back in bed & sleeping like a baby. So to each client/patiënt I wanne say thank you Thank you for letting someone film you wile getting a treatment (which i so hope for that it helps ) Thank you for that ! Like some of us are real pimplepopperaddicts and i truely think that a few from the big massa's forget that having such acné hurts like hell, your social & worklife are becoming nonexcisted (not everyone of course, but that depends on how bad the acne is & how you handeling it in day too day life) But once again to all these amaing people: Thank you for sharing this painfull journey with us crazies (but lovely 😉) peeps 🙏🏼

It's had the opposite affect on me. Used to have quite clear skin but now I'm constantly picking at it, trying to squeeze spots that weren't a problem, now my face is a bit of a mess lol.

I agree with you. My husband had acne when he was a lot younger and went to a dermatologist. He told him that he had to get the core out or else it would refill again. This doctor is ripping patients off because they will have to come back to have the same thing done again.

I wonder if they educate their clients on skin care or cleansers?

It's the camera person that chooses what the thumbnail is and because they have the clearest shot of the ones at the beginning, they tend to have that as the thumbnail.

Do the viewers that brag on ths person not see that almost every single pop is not cleaned out and only the top of the pimple is cleaned out? You can see the sebum left in I would say every but at least in ALMOST every single pimple. It will definitley keep the person coming back for more popping.
