I've always wondered why they don't pop themselves, is it just laziness, its not like the pain is horrible like a boil.

I am my aunt's blackhead remover, and she has them on her back so every two weeks she'll come ask me to pop them for her then I sit there for at least 2 hours just clearing everything. I love it
