Started a new job with a Bulgarian team lead. We hit it off in a big way. She speaks english very well. Been living in the states for 7 years. We started talking....so I am determined to learn her mothers tounge to honor her. Shes made me very happy. Truly it is the least I can do to show her my respect and honor her culture

Hi guys, I appreciate this video, however, some of the words are not written like that phonetically. I consider the fact that it is made for foreigners but if a person writes to me Ee az te obeecham, I would correct them and ask them who taught them so wrong. Don't know whether this is helpful or not. Just a thought.

Are these only terms you can use if you like someone? Can you say them to friends?

@osamabad The situation is pretty much equivalent to the English one. There are no different versions for friends and dates, but if the phrase is not appropriate for a friend in English, it's not appropriate for a friend in Bulgarian either.
