The realization that relationships never provided lasting peace & joy for me was a clear sign that I had to work on self. It's been challenging but highly rewarding. I now know what parts need to be healed, what I bring to the table and what's required of me.

I just came across this quote last week "People attend therapy to resolve trauma caused by people who do not want therapy" and honestly it made me realize that everyone needs to seek therapy because there is always something to work on and improve.

Everything you ladies have talked about is true. There’s always a price to pay once you start negotiating what were once non negotiables. It’s basically selling pieces of yourself. Men never negotiate , they want what they want and if not they leave. I’ve observed this in many men and it’s about time more women stood their ground. Whoever is meant for you will not pass you by. Thanks ladies xx

Fighting/ Conflict can also be toxic if you never come to a resolution. You just fight, then you walk away because it has become too heated. Then you remember you didn't finish the fight then you fight again and it's always just a perpetual fight! With good conflict, you have to come to some sort of agreement afterwards. My two cents.

It happens more often than we think…
