Relationship Goals - Love, life and quotes by Jay Shetty

It only takes a quick google or an instagram search to see that Relationship Goals are a real thing. Often they are humorous and funny but recently I have begun to see a lot more with a deeper tone. The reason is because we are all looking for meaningful relationships, with genuine love, authentic personalities and loyalty.
We've all had positive and negative relationships. The wisdom that finding yourself before finding someone creates a great focus for us all. When we understand ourselves better we can know what we want. When we know our own challenges and goals we will be better at aligning with someone else's.
Then we can actually enhance our relationships, enhance each other and achieve more together.
Quotes
"We are meant to love people and use things but today we use people and love things"
"When you are happy you enjoy the music but when you're sad you understand the lyrics"
"We need to find someone who challenges us and motivates us to be better."
"Find someone who can change your life and not just your relationship status."
Relationship Goals
1. We’re all just looking for a relationship that inspires us
2. Someone who shows us things we never thought we’d get to see
3. A relationship with a language all your own
4. One where you share a connection few have
5. A relationship with clear priorities

Love this..."Relationships are not about Compromices. Actually it's about empowering other person to achieve there goals. Helping them grow to become the individual they deserve to become, that they can become. It's not about our selfish motives, it's not about what we want, relationships are not about us." - i would say the perfect definition for any relationship.

This video is amazing! It really makes you think about the stereotypical ideology fed to us from the beginning about finding someone who completes you instead of finding someone who makes us want to change for the better to become the best versions of ourselves! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to more!

If we give the advice we most need to take, Jay must have so many issues to repair because he dispenses advice faster than anyone I ever met.

Great video! Thought provoking questions and self-reflective as well. I like the part where you said, "...finding someone who inspires you to make a difference in your life..." This is true and I believe that allowing and encouraging one's partner to grow and attain one's goals is vital. The happiness of one's partner makes you the happiest.

Brilliantly concluded, and I would like to add that one should be open enough to understand the emotional disturbances in relationships. And couple should solve them together and if a problem is bigger, do not blame anybody, stay strong and look for answers in self-help books, search online, look for counsellors and solve it as a team. To all couples out there - Please solve your problems like a pro and leave good examples for generations to come :).

Everything in this message is spot on #jayshetty. I love how you mention there was a time when people worked out problems instead of throwing things out when they’re broken. And the statement that we use people instead of love them.
