This video describes a relation of Shri ( Shree ) Ram , Ramayan , Mahabharat with Modhera Sun Temple , Modherak , Modhera , Gujarat , India .
Modhera Sun Temple is an architectural masterpiece / marvel combining science technology and nature.
It is a Unesco ‘ s World Cultural Heritage site .
Built in around in year of 1026 / 1027, this temple was designed to worship Lord Sun, Suryadev.
It incorporates different aspects of calendar with great precision.
Built on Tropic of Cancer , ( Kirk Rekha )) precisely in East to West direction. Equinox days, Summer solastice day.
Rangmandap / Sabhagrah has so many beautiful sculptures representing Kamasutra , Hindu religion, and major events of two epics Ramayan and Mahabharat.
Shri Ram , Laxman, Ravan, Vibhisen, Kumbhakarna , Maa Sita , Hanuman , Vali , Sugriv, Trijata, Shushen , Jatayu, Shri Krishna , kaliya nag , Pandav , Kaurav , Bhisma Pitamah, Arjun , Bhim, Eklavya, Draunacharya are represented in those beautiful sculptures.
