@27:40 What a brilliant idea from so many angles, and not just the ones you listed. By placing the more common "problems" on the ball and having people discuss which "problem" is facing them when they catch the ball, not only does an individual not have to feel like they're on the spot as they try to consider their "problem", but the person/people who wrote the "problem" down will have a great opportunity to hear other peoples' perspectives on it and hopefully feel understood when others are reflecting on the "problem". A lot of the time, people just do not feel heard/understood, and this activity would seemingly do wonders to help that.

@@DocSnipes Relapse definition part is very useful, also the stewing emotion / stuck in the mud definition is very much how i feel. I would say the hole video is worth listening to many times, because there is so much information . It is very helpful , just to get a definition and recognize that a lot of the mental problems actually can be adressed and resolved. Thank you !

I'm unaware of sooo much. I struggle with the effects of long term trauma. Because of you, every day I become more enlightened! Everyday I get a little bit better. At healing, at knowing myself and at using the tools (tips and tricks) you put out there for us to grab. Listening to you helps me be less confused about myself and more curious about how to grow from it. Everyday I want to keep trying and for that I Thank you from every inch of my soul.
