The technique is called screen printing. Very cheap to get one set up. Local t-shirt printers might even be able to supply a screen with your design on it. One screen per colour, so 1-colour designs are obviously the cheapest.

@Darknights7 hahah i just made a long board 1 week ago same as you , no hudraulic press , but dont forget to put some wood gleu on to the side's , so de wood canty get any water in it to split
