Love the podcast Jim, Thanks! Found the methylene blue and melatonin info to be especially fascinating! I put on some dim red LED light and cut off the blue prior to sleep. Also highly suggest Dr. Mike Hansen and ChubbyEmu's station for other viewers of fascinating medical research.

😊Iron rich foods Beetroot, cow/sheep/lamb liver ( plz avoid CHICKEN LIVER to AVOID fibroids in body. Spinach *** pomegranate** dates. 😊VITAMIN C rich foods you may add to smoothie to help absorb IRON# orange, carrot, strawberries, lemon. 😊add these to sweeten taste/ change flavour# Banana, berries, Apple, honey 😮avoid the following for 2.5 hours to HELP body absorb iron# nuts, eggs, yogurt, wheat, Rice, milk, toast, bun, croissant, bread, chapati, baguette, doughnuts, cake, custard, anything with milk n egg, cheese, tea, coffee.
I'm talking Methylene Blue for mitochondrial dysfunction and thinking about adding high-dose Melatonin. Both have MAOI properties. Any known issues combining these?

Methylene Blue is a NO2 inhibitor and Melatonin may offset natural balance unless micro dose at night imo
